The Role 

In PPB we continue to put customer at the heart of everything we do and to strive to Lead for Safety.  As we continue to enhance our risk processes and customer journeys we need to ensure we are providing best in class training to our customer facing RG staff. This new role will be focused on developing and delivering high quality training for new starters, new processes and product changes and education programmes for the wider business.  

The Training Executive will be delivering and assisting any on-going training requirements, train and support new responsible gambling starters when conducting reviews and interactions during their Modular training and identify any knowledge gaps.

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Create and deliver in depth training on RG process, control and interactions to all staff who require RG skills, ensure program is delivered efficiently and set targets and expectations are met.  
  • Deliver PPB Induction Training Program to all staff and provide adhoc RG awareness training sessions to the wider business when required.  
  • To work with the Training and QA manager, the RG Experience team and the wider RG management team to maintain and optimise the RG training framework.
  • Analyse the progress of all new starters to enable continuous improvement of RG training and provide feedback to reporting lines 
  • Deliver and support the rollout of any new processes and products to RG staff  
  • Assist and deliver any Ad-hoc Training required  
  • Recommend procedural/policy changes that may have been brought about by the introduction of New Products 
  • Work closely with QA to identify areas for enhanced training  
  • Ensure regular refresher workshops take place for RG staff 

 

Essential Skills & Experience  

  • 2 years experience in a training role preferable  
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal  
  • Demonstrate confident presentation skills and have strong skills in Powerpoint and Word 
  • Prior knowledge of the industry and particularly safer gambling is preferable
