Role purpose:

Achieving our vision and maximising the potential of the 4000+ technologists in the Flutter group will involve significant change in all areas of Technology, as well as other related functions. Successfully managing the impact of major structural changes on teams, organisations and processes will be critical to success, and is often overlooked in large-scale technology transformation projects.

Reporting to the Group Director, Technology Change, the Technology Change Lead is accountable for supporting the creation and successful delivery of a change strategy that helps to achieve sustainable transformation and competitive advantage for our divisions.

This role requires a creative, adaptive thinker with the ability to exert influence without authority. The Technology Change Lead will be required to work collaboratively and proactively across the entire business with stakeholders at every level of the organisation.

Responsible for:

• Supporting in the creation and delivery of strategies that drive an understanding of the organisational and cultural implications of change.
• Providing thought partnership to technology teams across the Group to ensure a best practice/best fit approach to change management for all programmes/projects that contribute to the delivery of global strategic technology initiatives.
• Developing robust, scalable tools to evaluate, manage and communicate the impact of change that can be leveraged by technology teams across the Group.
• Leading and delivering complex change programmes
• Analysing and leveraging data related to change, providing periodic reports, recommendations and action plans to technology leaders.
• Fostering an organisational culture that embraces and thrives on change.
• Serving as a role model in the promotion of the Group's position on responsible gambling.

• Demonstrable experience of contributing to the creation and successful delivery of effective long-term change management strategies and communication plans, as well as successfully implementing them by influencing and leading others.
• Experience of internal and external stakeholder management, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills with a style that can flex according to the audience.
• Ability to build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the group.
