Achieving our vision and maximising the potential of the 4000+ technologists in the Flutter group will involve significant change in all areas of Technology, as well as other related functions. Successfully managing the impact of major structural changes on teams, organisations and processes will be critical to success, and is often overlooked in large-scale technology transformation projects.
Reporting to the Group Director, Technology Change, the Technology Change Lead is accountable for supporting the creation and successful delivery of a change strategy that helps to achieve sustainable transformation and competitive advantage for our divisions.
This role requires a creative, adaptive thinker with the ability to exert influence without authority. The Technology Change Lead will be required to work collaboratively and proactively across the entire business with stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
