We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner (12 month FTC) to help us grow our business and drive our hiring in the UK market! We are looking for an engaging, guiding individual to join a hard-working team where there is a real focus on direct hiring.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a vital role in the delivery of commercial vacancies across Flutter's UK&I division. You will collaborate teams across the business to hire a diverse mix of roles such as Product Management and Design, Marketing, Creative, Finance, Legal and HR.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, but believes in candidate experience, the power of inclusion, and making the right decisions by our people, not just the easy ones.

Ideally we'd like this persons base to be our Dublin office, however we are open to discussion.

What you will do

  • Working as a true recruitment partner with the areas of the business you support, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, idea generation, networking, market intelligence, benchmarking data and reporting on recruitment activity and velocity.
  • Be pro-active in order to facilitate the businesses needs and the team's urgency and be the go to person for recruitment.
  • Challenge where necessary to keep people at the heart of our decision-making and make the right choices for our business.
  • Bring an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment market to ensure we are covering all the bases in terms of fully covering and maximising use of all our external recruitment channels.
  • Become more Proactive than reactive with your hiring approach.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate & hiring manager experience.
  • You will take practical and deliberate steps within your role to foster & maintain an inclusive working environment. We strive to offer a culture of inclusion & belonging, and we each have a role to play.

How you will do it

  • Previous talent Acquisition/In-house recruitment delivery (end-to-end) experience.
  • Experience of direct sourcing with different talent attraction and sourcing methods.
  • Have a deep knowledgeable of the local and wider recruitment marketplace.
  • Work to build talent pools of fully screened and technically tested candidates. Engage these talent pools using our CRM.
  • A value driven approach that fosters inclusion, equity and belonging.
  • Experience of using an ATS to maintain records, we use workday.
  • Use social media in your recruitment approach
  • Strive for innovation, seek new ways to improve talent attraction and recruitment practises
