The Role…

This opportunity is for somebody with the ability to think clearly under pressure and work precisely in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have a passion for learning about this area of our business, a curious mindset and the drive to achieve set targets. The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of operational responsibilities aligned to offering a first-class sports betting experience for our Exchange and Sportsbook customers. Furthermore, this placement will provide the chance to learn basic Risk Management techniques and thus gain some insight into the dynamic world of live trading.

Problem Solving

If you have the necessary attention to detail, together with a robust and organised workload-management style, with the potential to set the right example to others, then this role could kickstart your career in the betting industry.

What We're Looking for…

  • An enthusiastic professional that possesses good computer Skills- proficient level of Microsoft Excel needed
  • Good mathematic skills and/or statistical skills would be an advantage
  • Diligence, accompanied by a willingness to embrace a high-performance culture
  • Drive to succeed, push boundaries and exhibit core company values and behaviours
  • Some knowledge of sports, ideally US sports would be a great advantage.
  • We don't expect you to know all the ins and outs, just have a desire to learn as 4 weeks training will be provided.

  • Delivering product at scale for over 5 million customers, 99,9% of transactions in less than a second
  • Our systems process more than 7 million transactions every day (more than all the European stock exchanges combined)
  • Deliver high transitional products, serving more than 2.5Bn calls a day
  • Diverse and up to date technical landscape to explore, leverage and innovate
  • The products you’ll develop will comply with ambitious uptime targets: less than 50 minutes downtime expected per year
  • Continuous Integration, Deployment and Testing
