The Role..

As a result of the recent merger a reward transformation programme is underway looking at how we align our approach to reward across our International (Pokerstars, Betfair International), UK&I (Paddy Power, Betfair, SBG) and Flutter Group Function divisions. These projects in particular focus on our alignment of compensation, benefits and reward policy and process across these divisions.

One of the first areas of priority identified by our transformation programme as being essential to supporting a more aligned approach, is the creation of a central project resource (the BLT team) to support role levelling (job sizing and corporate level evaluation) and compensation benchmarking as the business moves to its new organisational structure.

As a result, we have an immediate need for a Project Analyst to join the team to provide analytical, research and project administration support.

What You'll be Doing..

Our Project Analyst will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the project team function through the analysis and creation of project data and data templates, as well as provide support in drafting project information (slides & briefing packs etc) and maintaining team project plans and trackers.  In addition, you will support in the delivery of benchmarking and reward review processes.    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical assistance in the planning and implementation of reward policy & process changes
  • Prepare data for upload to HR databases and other essential business systems
  • Create and manage data files to support the submission of salary and other compensation data to benchmarking surveys (Willis Towers Watson, Radford, Comptryx etc) and other providers as appropriate.
  • Analyse reward data, support the development of, and maintain, salary bands and other reward information
  • Create and maintain data templates and trackers. Maintain and update project planners.
  • Create and maintain share point sites and other resources that enable easier sharing of project data with team members
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc data reporting, analysis and admin support as required by the BLT team and broader Reward transformation team.

What We're Looking For..

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in reward and have experience of working in an analyst capacity previously and, as such, will be able to demonstrate the following the key skills (not in any order of priority):

  • Strong analytical skills, with good experience of developing data management templates and interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information, and the ability to handle large data sets.
  • Excellent abilities in Microsoft Excel and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Knowledge\prior use of project planning tools
  • Knowledge\prior use of Power BI
  • Knowledge\prior use of Workday or other cloud-based HRIS
  • Experience of working in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment, preferably digital

You will be required to use a variety of internal platforms and systems to support and document your work; however, full training and support will be provided for any systems you are not familiar with.
