As a result of the recent merger a reward transformation programme is underway looking at how we align our approach to reward across our International (Pokerstars, Betfair International), UK&I (Paddy Power, Betfair, SBG) and Flutter Corporate divisions. These projects in particular focus on our alignment of compensation, benefits and reward policy and process across these divisions.
One of the first areas of priority identified by our transformation programme as being essential to supporting a more aligned approach, is the creation of a central project resource to support role levelling (job sizing and corporate level evaluation) and compensation benchmarking as the business moves to its new organisational structure.
As a result, we have an immediate need for a Reward Partner to join the reward project team to facilitate the consistent alignment of job architecture, reward philosophy, policy and process across the business.

What We're Looking for..
You are currently in a Reward or broader HR role with a focus on understanding business challenges and partnering with stakeholders to develop solutions that proactively support business plans. You will be curious about developing a better understanding of Reward. You may be the person in the team who volunteers to take on numerical or logical tasks within the HR team and would like to expand your knowledge and learn more about what really goes in Reward.
You will have:
