The Role..

 

As a result of the recent merger a reward transformation programme is underway looking at how we align our approach to reward across our International (Pokerstars, Betfair International), UK&I (Paddy Power, Betfair, SBG) and Flutter Corporate divisions. These projects in particular focus on our alignment of compensation, benefits and reward policy and process across these divisions.  

 

One of the first areas of priority identified by our transformation programme as being essential to supporting a more aligned approach, is the creation of a central project resource to support role levelling (job sizing and corporate level evaluation) and compensation benchmarking as the business moves to its new organisational structure.

 

As a result, we have an immediate need for a Reward Partner to join the reward project team to facilitate the consistent alignment of job architecture, reward philosophy, policy and process across the business.

 

 

What You'll be Doing..

 

  • Educating business leaders, managers and employees on reward philosophy, programs and policy
  • Leading the delivery of role levelling and benchmarking for assigned business areas and partnering with HR and business leadership to understand and support organisational design, ensuring roles are aligned to Flutter's job architecture and role levels, titles and pay are consistent
  • Actively contributing to the review and evolution of current reward policy and process including the review and development of salary ranges and pay review processes. Leading the planning and implementation of proposed changes within the business areas you support
  • Managing the submission of salary and other compensation data to benchmarking surveys
  • Supporting the development and management of levelling & benchmarking databases and tools
  • Developing reward communications materials
  • Partnering with HR, Finance, Talent and other business leaders to provide reward expertise and support for budgeting, workforce planning, talent retention and development initiatives
  • Playing an active role in developing future HRIS solutions, act as a subject matter expert to define reward systems requirement

 

 

What We're Looking for..

 

You are currently in a Reward or broader HR role with a focus on understanding  business challenges and partnering with stakeholders to develop solutions that proactively support business plans. You will be curious about developing a better understanding of Reward. You may be the person in the team who volunteers to take on numerical or logical tasks within the HR team and would like to expand your knowledge and learn more about what really goes in Reward.

 

You will have:

  • an understanding of the principals of Job Evaluation, job grading and salary benchmarking methodology
  • an understanding of salary survey submissions
  • experience of working in partnership with the business and can translate this knowledge and experience into the role levelling project
  • critical thinking skills and are comfortable asking questions to gain a deeper understanding.
  • demonstratable experience of educating, coaching and/or challenging stakeholders to ensure alignment with policy and process
  • experience working with Microsoft Excel or analytical software and have an ambition to develop your expertise
  • ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely
  • excellent attention to detail, and a methodical approach to your work
  • ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy team
  • an appreciation of working with highly sensitive information and the resulting responsibility to ensure appropriate confidentiality
