The Role...  

This is a key role within the Retail Technology team. A diverse and exciting team covering all areas of technology within our UK & Irish Retail estate. You will be central to progressing automation across our Retail Systems. 

We are looking for a talented Automation Analyst / Engineer to drive forward automation of our IT Services our Retail systems. The role is Permanent Role. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers and Support Teams to identify opportunities for automation, analyse requirements, create automation routines including maintenance overtime. 
 

What you'll be doing...  

  • Identify manual processes within Retail that would benefit from automation
  • Create and maintain user journeys and automation routines
  • Gathering end user feedback, making changes where relevant
  • Give training and support automation rollout in Retail
  • Provide support on Chatbot integrations including complex dialogue and automation features.
  • Ensuring relevant training on automation tools is provided to supporting teams
  • Identifying bugs/issues and raise with relevant teams.
  • Ensure all issues are followed through to resolution
  • Have an awareness or knowledge of RPA technologies and their benefits and limitations.
  • Coordinator or the Retail Automations forum and the ingest of Retail automations pitches.
  • Engage with other automations teams (PP RPA team , CS Applications team, Retail TSD Watson Admin , Nexthink, IBM, Liveperson) to develop or enhance automations within Retail. 

What we need from you... 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of software development and testing cycles.
  • Trained and proficient in IBM Watson and UIPath RPA automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively with other teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organised and quality driven.
  • Knowledge and understanding of betting industry is an advantage but not essential
