Role Overview:

The RG Experience Manager for PPB will guide on implementing our RG customer experience and the optimisation of the operational processes supporting these. This role is integral to the successful delivery of the online RG strategy across our PPB functions, as we continue to enhance our identification methods, customer interactions and RG offering.


This is a key role for PPB, and the successful candidate should hold significant experience in delivering transformational change both cross functionally and cross jurisdictionally.  The key elements of the role involve project and change management in a fast-moving environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Support the overall delivery of an industry-leading Responsible Gambling strategy for PPB.

Prioritise and drive cross functional work to design and deliver RG Customer Experience enhancements and implement initiatives to deliver process efficiencies and improvements.

Implement changes to improve our customers end to end RG experience, with a clear focus on impacting the customer journey positively.

Maintain positive internal relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring responsible gambling remains a strategic priority.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement through seeking out new and innovation ways of improving PPB responsible gambling offering.

Adapt at pace to support teams in delivering strategy priorities.

Guide a skilled team to ensure high performance and succession across the team. Identify underperformers and work on PDP plans to get them back on track, and identify others that need to stretch their abilities. Be responsible for fostering a culture of respect, change and learning amongst the team.

Preparation and delivery of presentations and updates for the department.

Role Model key behaviours to ensure high performance with opportunities to develop and grow key talent. Be accountable for fostering a culture of ownership, continual improvement and innovation.


 Skills & Experience

  • 3 years+ experience in delivering strategic and change initiatives, impacting both internally and externally.
  • Prior knowledge of the industry and particularly safer gambling is preferable.
  • Proven experience in development and implementation of process improvements in a similar environment.
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally and working directly with key stakeholders in delivering change.
  • Strong critical skills and demonstrated problem solving skills. Strong written & verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver succinct and on-point messages to Group Leadership.
  • High energy and drive, and flexible enough to work in an entrepreneurial, dynamic and changing environment.
  • Excellent professional who is hard working, flexible and able to act under pressure and on own initiative.
  • Are you an effective communicator in a variety of settings: one-on-one, small and large groups and among diverse styles and roles?
