The Role..

Reporting to the Group Director of Regulatory, the Regulatory Analyst will play an integral role in shaping the creation of group strategies and effective metrics in relation to critical areas such as Safer Gambling and the Group ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) strategy.   The key elements of the role involve collating and analysing data from across all divisions to support the defining (and continual refining) of strategy, identifying potential metrics to measure progress against strategy and establishing processes to support the ongoing measuring and reporting of progress.  Communication, commercial awareness, an ability to influence, and other soft skills are important as the role will require engagement with a wide variety of audiences across the Flutter organisation, and also with external stakeholders.

What You'll be Doing.. 

• Work with the Group Director of Regulatory and the Head of ESG to help shape and embed Flutter's Safer Gambling and ESG strategies, including the identification and establishment of effective metrics
• Liaise with and maintain relationships with strategy and data owners across the Flutter Group and support teams across the business to set up reporting processes.

• Collect, maintain and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for internal and external Safer Gambling and ESG reporting, communications and strategy evolution
• Manage reporting for the Flutter Group on Safer Gambling and ESG metrics. This includes developing and maintaining reporting to third party reporting standards and frameworks (eg GRI, CDP and TCFD etc)
• Support effective data management and strategic decision making by building and maintaining databases, developing data management protocols, creating dashboards and staying abreast of new tools and innovations
• Horizon scanning and researching the latest trends, supporting the wider Regulatory team
• Assisting the team with completing ad hoc insight and data requests for the business and from external stakeholders

What We're Looking For..

Have you 2+ years' experience as an analyst, with track record in data manipulation, extraction and data visualisation? Do you have Strong skills in MS Excel, SQL, Tableau etc for analysis, review and reporting of data? 

We are looking for somebody with an appetite to learn new technologies and a willingness to challenge and think differently!

• Knowledge of the betting & gaming industry and an understanding of Safer Gambling is desired
• Interest in environmental and social issues, including safer gambling, with a passion for driving sustainable change in business
• Qualifications in data science and/or sustainability
• Strong analytical, quantitative and research skills and an ability to clearly communicate to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work with large data sets and to synthesise information, provide critical analysis and draw meaningful conclusions
• Familiarity with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, United Nations Global Compact, and other relevant business sustainability and corporate responsibility standards and reporting frameworks an advantage
