The product you'll help to build will be used by millions of customers each month, connecting them with sport and entertaining them like no one else.

 

We have an ambitious vision on what entertaining sports fans looks like and are excited about the journey to get there. Keeping sports fans safe along the way by encouraging responsible entertainment is important to us.

 

We want you to work with researchers, designers, engineers and marketers to shape how our customers will be entertained in bringing that vision to life.

 

We are looking for an experience product manager to join our team and help us continue our mission to entertain our customers like no one else.

 

 

 

What will you be doing?

  • You'll develop a deep understanding of how sports fans want to be entertained and deliver products that meet those needs and align to our strategy and vision
  • You'll use insight and data to identify opportunities through insight where we can entertain sport fans, engaging our existing customers and attracting new ones
  • You'll carry out discovery to identify what are the right opportunities for us to progress and what ones we should say no to
  • You'll understand the problems our customers have and solve these through creative and simple ways, looking to innovate along the way
  • You'll work with prototypes to help guide towards what our customers want and
  • You'll experiment and optimise within the product to know what works and importantly what doesn't, using multivariant testing to gain insight
  • You'll collaborate with researchers, designers and engineers to bring the best experiences to our customers and grow market share
  • You'll work with Marketing and Brand to bring our product experiences to life through our unique brand
  • You'll speak with customers, understand them and be their voice and put them at the centre of what you do
  • You'll understand what customers are doing and use that to make decisions on what we do next, driving our growth and customer satisfaction
  • You'll contribute to our strategy and product vision to ensure we continue to lead the market
  • You'll share your knowledge within our product community and collaborate across our other European and Global brands
  • You'll visit our other offices and work in a truly global business

 

What do you need?

  • You'll already be a brilliant product manager, having positively impacted customers throughout your career

  • You'll be able to solve complex problems and approach them with both a creative and analytical mind using both qualitative and quantitative insight

  • You'll have the ability to lead junior product managers, mentoring and developing them

  • Our systems process more than 7 million transactions every day (more than all the European stock exchanges combined)
  • Deliver high transitional products, serving more than 2.5Bn calls a day
  • Diverse and up to date technical landscape to explore, leverage and innovate
  • The products you’ll develop will comply with ambitious uptime targets: less than 50 minutes downtime expected per year
