The Role...

Do you have experience planning and managing projects? Or a project management Qualification? 

If successful you will be working on the Customer Journeys team.  You'll be reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will manage the planning & delivery of projects to improve our sports betting concept. You will also manage the delivery of analysis and insights to form actionable recommendations for the wider team and stakeholders.

Have you experience working with data to create business insights and recommendations?

What you'll be doing...

As the successful candidate, 50% of your role will be focused on project management and the other 50% on insights and data analysis across the team.

• carefully Plan and manage projects from scoping through to implementation and rollout.
• Support the communication of progress and results for projects
• Partner with many  teams to manage follow through of projects in a collaborative manner
• Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations and proactively drive communication with stakeholders during projects
• Enthusiastic about creating insight stories using a range of visualisation tools and data sources
• Commited to constructing actionable recommendations for the business off the back of onsite reviews or deep dives on customer behaviours
• Effectively relay and justify direction to the wider team and relevant business partners.

What we're looking for...

Do you have hands on experience with data analysis tools, specifically Excel (advanced proficiency), SQL, Web Analytics Tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio)?

Do you have a previous track record working with stakeholders to deliver projects in a collaborative way?
