The UK&I division people team works to supercharge its brands by attracting, nurturing and growing the brilliant people who power its market leading propositions. A strategic partner to the UK&I brands that truly works at the heart of the business, the people team delivers the overarching people strategy that allows local brand cultures to flourish whilst aspiring to a common, shared experience for all UK&I people wherever they are and whatever they do.

Experienced Strategic Transformation Leader required to work for an innovative, fast paced, exciting and highly rewarding organisation. This is a pivotal role on the People Leadership Team (PLT) that will be responsible for the strategy of the People function.

Reporting into the CPO for the UKI Division, you will be responsible for leading transformation projects, other business initiatives in partnership with the PLT and lead the organisational and strategic vision and alignment.

You will partner with the PLT to develop and deliver the People Operating Model and support with data analytics, design and build requirements and support development and implementation of the future People organization processes and strategies.


What You'll Be Doing....

  • Manage end to end People Transformation and Strategic projects and workstreams, including the design, development & implementation of People operating model.
  • Overall responsibility for the future People strategy linked to long range plans and budget.
  • Design and implement effective budget management controls for the project.
  • Create a detailed stakeholder analysis that identifies the individuals that are critical to the successful delivery of the project and initiate actions to ensure these individuals are fully engaged with, and aligned behind program plans and deliverables.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to drive & influence strategic decision-making at senior level.
  • Agree a communication plan for regularly reporting on the status of transformation. Preparation of internal and external communications and engagement plans.
  • Lead transformation governance, identifying stakeholders that will be key to removing roadblocks and creating advocacy for transformation
  • Create a change roadmap, to manage the transformation programme, including iterative delivery of value capture initiatives
  • Design and implement people strategies that will support business growth
  • Drive the insights, analytics and reporting related to the People strategy
  • Leading a team & leveraging resources across the wider people team as required


What We're Looking For....

  • Proven track record of effectively operating in a senior role with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at senior levels throughout a global organization.
  • Experience of managing Organisational Change projects, with a hands-on approach to delivery.
  • Familiar with change, transformation and project practices on cross functional projects involving change management within a fast-paced, global, and dynamic organization.
  • Advanced project management skills - ability to handle multiple projects at once and competing priorities. Organized, extremely detail-oriented and execution-focused
  • Strong client facing skills with a flexible communication style and the ability to communicate complex concepts and analytics in a structured manner
  • Structured thinking and a clear ability to effectively shape senior stakeholder's decision making
  • Excellent communication, culturally aware and with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be objective, analytical and impartial with the ability to work to exacting timelines
