The Role..

As a large and diverse Group, Flutter has in each of its location's employees working across various brands and divisions.  In each location, the Office Leader acts as figurehead for employees in that location, the person accountable for ensuring the office is a good place to work and that employees are well connected to the wider business. Reporting to the Dublin Office Leader (being the Chief Legal Officer and Group Commercial Director), the Dublin Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of the Dublin office leader programme and for ensuring co-ordination between the Group functions, brands and divisions that operate from the Dublin office.  The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience in people, marketing, project management and/or operational roles and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced commercial environment. This is not a facilities role.


What You'll be Doing..

  • Supporting the Dublin Office Leader in executing the Office Leader initiative, working closely with the Group, Divisions and brands across all areas of focus and effectively acting as a bridge between the brands and divisions. The role of the Dublin Office Manager is to compliment the Divisions, brands, people management and office management functions, to offer a location specific perspective on initiatives and support them on a geographic basis.
  • Ensuring initiatives, such as wellness/wellbeing initiatives, festive initiatives etc., are embedded appropriately in the Dublin office.
  • Fostering a positive culture and working environment through various initiatives and communication programmes, and enhancing culture across brands and divisions.
  • Providing insight on impact of proposals on local employee base.
  • Championing a culture of diversity and inclusion in accordance with the Group and Divisional D&I initiatives.
  • Creating employee networks (e.g. employee resource groups, community outreach groups) in conjunction with the Group and Divisions.
  • Commissioning or assisting in the commissioning of surveys to determine issues of importance to employees, in conjunction with Group and Divisional functions.
  • Assisting in location specific communications e.g. return to office, premises communications.
  • Supporting the Dublin Office Leader in ensuring a fit for purpose office environment that is attractive to local talent.
  • Liaising with counterparts in other international office locations in relation to various initiatives.


What We're Looking For..

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role and/or marketing, project management and/or operational roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Excellent communicator and listener, ability to distil feedback and understand needs of employees.
  • Exceptional relationship building and engagement skills. 
  • Flexible and adaptable problem solver, ability to think strategically and deliver operationally.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues of importance to the employee base and provide practical solutions and suggestions.
  • Creative and adaptive approach to developing initiatives and awareness across the Dublin office.
