Reporting to the Dublin Office Leader (being the Chief Legal Officer and Group Commercial Director), the Dublin Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of the Dublin office leader programme and for ensuring co-ordination between the Group functions, brands and divisions that operate from the Dublin office.  The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience in people, marketing, project management and/or operational roles and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced commercial environment. • Ensuring initiatives, such as wellness/wellbeing initiatives, festive initiatives etc., are embedded appropriately in the Dublin office.
  • Fostering a positive culture and working environment through various initiatives and communication programmes, and enhancing culture across brands and divisions.
  • Providing insight on impact of proposals on local employee base.
  • Championing a culture of diversity and inclusion in accordance with the Group and Divisional D&I initiatives.

  • Commissioning or assisting in the commissioning of surveys to determine issues of importance to employees, in conjunction with Group and Divisional functions.
  • Assisting in location specific communications e.g. return to office, premises communications.
  • Supporting the Dublin Office Leader in ensuring a fit for purpose office environment that is attractive to local talent.
  • Liaising with counterparts in other international office locations in relation to various initiatives.
