The Role...

Do you have a relevant degree in a numerate field, like mathematics, data analytics etc.? Do you have 1+ years' Data Analysis and insight experience (this would be an advantage)?

The Customer Insights team is responsible for delivering insight and analysis to assist in the development of and implementation of improvement projects across Customer Operations that would particularly benefit customer experience and drive operational efficiency. We work on driving insight across all these areas and in close collaboration with these teams.

What You'll be Doing... 

You will collaborate with areas such as Customer Support, Fraud, Payments and Responsible Gambling in the detailed analysis of large, complex datasets. You'll utilise data to identify areas of improvement to help shape how the business operates efficiently, with benefits for the customer and the customer operations department. Measuring ROI/Impacts on changes made, turning the results into management information consumable by senior management (including Executive committee level). You'll become a subject matter expert within the business on understanding the relationship between customer interaction data and the value driven by customer operations performance data.

  • The Insights Analyst will report to the Customer Insights Manager for Customer Operations Insights.
  • Measure and analyse historical Paddy Power Betfair interaction strategies and report on trends.
  • Conduct research and analysis into the primary drivers of customer contacts.
  • Build and maintain reports for various teams within the department, using a variety of BI tools.
  • Assisting the team with completing ad-hoc insights requests from the business.

What you'll need...

Do you have a relevant degree in a numerate field, like mathematics, data analytics etc.? Do you have 1+ years' Data Analysis and insight experience (this would be an advantage)?

  • Experience using SQL is essential.
  • Experience in Business Intelligence or Management Intelligence is advnatageous.
  • Experience using Python or R is an advantage.
