The Head of Search will manage the search engine marketing team that operates across all Flutter UK brands in all markets.
The team will be responsible for ensuring that our PPC and SEO marketing is delivering against brand and performance KPI's.
Working closely with key stakeholders across Business Science, Commercial, Product and Marketing Tech, you will lead the evolution of the Search function for the business to develop and execute a marketing leading strategy.
· Be seen as the marketing guru for PPC and SEO for the business
· Develop best practice SEO strategies to consistently improve search rankings and discoverability
· Drive forward a roadmap to ensure industry leading Search capabilities
· Oversee PPC campaigns across all products and markets, driving optimisation based on KPI's
· Recommend change to deliver / exceed key KPI's
· Manage budgets and optimise accordingly
· Work with Conversion and Web Optimisation to develop testing strategies
· Grow the relationship with Google, ensuring we are driving change and getting the most from our joint business plan
· Develop a high performing team obsessed with improving performance and delivering change
· Manage our non-branded site/app development strategies, building business plans and allocating budgets to grow our reach, engagement and retargeting capailities
