Role purpose:

The Head of Partnerships will manage the Affiliate Marketing team with the Flutter UKI Central Division, supporting brands such as Paddy Power and Betfair.

The team will be responsible for ensuring that our Affiliate Partners are delivering against brand and performance KPIs.

Working closely with key stakeholders across Business Science, Commercial, Product and Marketing Tech; you will lead the evolution of the Affiliate programme for the business and execute a strategy to ensure we are industry leaders in the space.


  • Be the Affiliate and Partnerships Marketing guru for Flutter UKI Division
  • Develop best practice partner strategies to consistently improve their output and performance
  • Drive forward a roadmap to ensure industry leading Partnerships programme
  • Oversee Marketing campaigns across all products and markets, driving optimisation based on KPIs
  • Recommend change to deliver / exceed key KPIs for both new and existing customers
  • Manage budgets and optimise accordingly
  • Work with Conversion and Web Optimisation to develop testing strategies
  • Develop a high performing team obsessed with improving performance and delivering change
  • Outline a frictionless and industry-best payment experience for the affiliate programme
  • Consistently drive automation and reduce manual workload where possible
  • Ensure Partner marketing is compliant and be an industry-leader on Safer Gambling via Affiliates
