You will be a proven entrepreneurial leader and effective operator, comfortable owning your mandate to drive Flutter's strategic priorities including effectively building industry relationships/networks, successfully seeding and developing strategic growth opportunities to position us for the future and mobilising on Flutter's corporate and commercial strategy across the Group and Divisions.

What you will do:

  • Work together with Flutter's four Divisions and all brands.
  • Own, plan and execute projects including developing approaches, perspective, and solutions to group-wide and cross divisional strategic questions.
  • Conduct baselining, benchmarking, workshopping, data analysis, internal and external interviews, surveys, focus groups etc. as required.
  • Work with Divisions and key stakeholders to support the effective resolution to identified issues and end-to-end buy-in of strategy and solutions
  • Create a support function to Divisions on regional and cross divisional issues of concern
  • Work with senior management of respective Divisions (including C-suites) and key stakeholders, to support and drive cross-divisional strategy rollouts and implementation
  • Drive data-driven, strategic decisions in the context of broader commercial operations including conducting financial analysis and projections where required
  • Build strong relationships and trust with other Group functions, Flutter's four Divisions and all brands
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the team

The ideal candidate:
