The Role

Are you highly numerical with a passion for finding solutions to complex problems? Do you have trading experience and/or background in a similar analytical role? and you'd have an advantage if you have experience in product ownership and management?

Do you have strong problem-solving, quantitative methods and technical skills  to be placed on our Liquidity Analyst team?

This multi-faceted collaborative role operates within Exchange & Sportsbook Trading and assumes a wide range of duties, commonly focused on measuring, analyzing and improving Exchange liquidity levels

What You'll be Doing..

• Proposition Optimisation: supporting efficient selection, prioritization and execution of market proposition projects which will make our Exchange easier to use
• Product Ownership and Experimentation: Management of a market-making portfolio and execution of test & learn initiatives across the product to maximize customer benefit
• Health Analytics: Develop health metrics which explain market economics and detect changes in our ecosystem over time. The insights will drive our product expansion roadmaps

What We're Looking For..

Examples of the supporting skills needed are:

• SQL to query databases;
• A good understanding of the workings of relevant statistical software packages (R, Python);
• A very advanced understanding of Excel including data handling components, formulae, pivot tables and PowerPivot;
• A good understanding of the theory behind relational databases and a high degree of comfort using such databases to handle large structured data sets including an understanding of all join-types, indexing, data-typing, principles of storage
