The Role...

Do you have CRM experience?  Do you understand the implementation of advanced customer segmentation?

Your key purpose within this role is to contribute to the delivery of all Paddy Power's (PP) Online (Gaming) CRM communication in the UK and Ireland. You will look after the full customer communications process from assisting with the scheduling, project management, asset creation and supply to generating reports and communicating with stakeholders. You'll be supporting delivery of communications to Gaming customers across all life stages.

What you'll be doing...

Do you have experience using project management tools such as Trello, Confluence etc.?

  • Support  scheduling, project management and performance reporting of all communications to PP Gaming customers
    • Acting as main point of contact 
    • Working closely with different teams to deliver exciting on brand content (both visual and copy).
  • Delivering flawless execution of campaign plans ensuring milestones are met and work is accurate and on time
  • Work closely with other PP teams to ensure the campaign content is correct and requirements are met
  • Contribute to monthly reporting for Customer Marketing KPIs which focuses on increasing engagement and retention of Gaming customers.


What we're looking for...

Do you have knowledge of CRM systems and processes (ESP software, planning tools & Excel)? Would you consider yourself to be Customer centric?

Other areas of expertise would include;

  • Previous experience working with segmentation and campaign targeting would be great!
  • Data literate and comfortable in using data to make better decisions
  • Ability to work with raw data to analyse campaigns and draw useful conclusions.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Google Analytics and/or Looker.
  • Ideally good knowledge of sports, online gaming or gambling
