The Role...

Do you have experience delivering campaigns either across marketing or commercial functions?

We have increased investment, new suppliers, and new games launching weekly – there couldn't be a better time to join!!

 

Do you have experience of integrated campaign development and delivery?

You will report into the Head of Brand Strategy and manage the development and delivery of brand strategy and marketing campaigns relating to Betfair Gaming products. You will be focused on growing Betfair Casino, bringing our personality and delivering world-class marketing and comms plans.

Do you have what it takes to be a Brand Guardian?

You'll be the marketing lynchpin for all things Casino and Gaming, and the main point of contact to the Games commercial team. You'll develop and manage key relationships with agency partners to deliver campaigns across all channels including TV, OOH & Digital.

The go-to person on all things brand related for gamingAll departments should be able to call on you for your insight, knowledge and ability to problem solve in a brand centric way.

What You'll Be Doing...

You'll assist in the development and ongoing evolution of the brand strategy and positioning for Betfair Casino and Gaming across Betfair UK&I.

Working in collaboration with many other teams across multiple channels such as; Strategy and Consumer Insights, Commercial, Product, Media, Content, external agencies and more. They'll support you from planning to delivery, and strategy to analysis, your stakeholder management skills are important to ensure a clear proposition that is aligned to the brand positioning.

You will also work with CRM teams to remove barriers and improve customer experience for acquisition retention and reactivation journeys.

  • Creating assets and campaigns for all products across gaming. 
  • Understanding and supporting the brand campaign planning process to ensure actions are aligned to commercial targets and key brand KPI's.
  • Support all campaign and marketing activity making sure we're aligned to relevant brand positioning's and guidelines, ensuring an integrated approach to customer communications. 
  • Responsible for producing competitor Brand activity reports for gaming.
  • Ownership key branding or naming projects across channels including any new product features.
  • Assist and sign off on creation of Cross-sell marketing materials and free to play game promotions.
  • Ad hoc tasks for bingo, poker and exchange games.


What We're Looking For...

Do you have up to 4 years' experience of integrated campaign development and delivery in a similar industry?

Can you obtain a good grasp of our brand and strategy, including our positioning and brand guardianship?

You'll also need;

  • Proven track record in driving commercial value for consumer business.
  • influencing stakeholders at a range of levels across the organisation to drive campaign and brand activity forward
